The Division of Information Technology provides laptops, and other equipment which can be reserved by UNCP faculty and staff from the DoIT Help Desk.
For all audio needs such as PA systems or microphones, reservations must be completed through the Event Management System (EMS). If you need an account, select Request An Account.

Equipment Requirements:
- Must provide a 48-hour advance request via the ITSM Service Portal.
- Equipment must be picked up no later than 4:30 p.m. from the Help Desk by faculty and staff.
- Equipment checkout is for up to 7 days, however, it can be renewed.
- The individual borrowing the equipment is responsible for damages or loss of equipment.
Note: If you have reserved a facility and equipment through the Event Management System (EMS), you do not need to fill out a request in the Service Portal.
